The invention discloses a charging pile power supply circuit of a TBOX power supply. The circuit comprises an anti-reverse-connection diode D85, an anti-reverse-connection diode D86, a resettable fuseF5, a transient suppression diode D87, an anti-reverse-connection diode D88 and an output capacitor C12. Positive and negative interfaces of charging input of the charging pile respectively pass through D85 and D86 and then are jointly connected to one input end of the resettable fuse F5. The other end of the resettable fuse F5 is connected with the positive electrode of a D88, the negative electrode of the D88 is connected with one end of a capacitor C12, the other end of the capacitor C12 is grounded, power supply output terminals are led out from the two ends of the capacitor C12 respectively, and the power supply output terminals are used for being connected with a TBOX; a leading-out terminal between the resettable fuse F5 and the resettable fuse D88 is connected with the negative electrode of a transient suppression diode D87, and the positive electrode of the transient suppression diode D87 is grounded. The circuit is simple in structure, normal power supply during abnormal high-voltage fluctuation of the charging pile can be realized, and after the circuit is damaged, an alarm prompt can be given in time when a fault is detected, so that a hardware fault of the circuit canbe discovered in time.
本发明公开了一种TBOX电源的充电桩供电电路,所述电路包括防反接二极管D85、防反接二极管D86、自恢复保险丝F5、瞬态抑制二极管D87、防反接二极管D88以及输出电容C12,充电桩的充电输入的正负接口分别经过D85、D86后共同接入到自恢复保险丝F5的一个输入端,自恢复保险丝F5的另一端与D88的正极连接,D88的负极与电容C12的一端连接,电容C12的另一端接地,在电容C12两端分别引出供电输出端子,所述供电输出端子用于连接TBOX;在所述自恢复保险丝F5和D88之间引出端子连接瞬态抑制二极管D87的负极,瞬态抑制二极管D87正极接地。本发明电路结构简单,可以实现在充电桩异常高压波动时的正常供电,在电路损坏后能够即使检测出故障,给出报警提醒,及时发现电路的硬件故障。
