The middle of the top of the buoyancy tank inclines downwards towards the periphery, a plurality of floating body guide pillar installation piers are arranged on the buoyancy tank, and bolt holes are formed in the tops of the floating body guide pillar installation piers. A plurality of overrunning clutch shaft mounting piers are arranged on the equipment mounting plane layer, and bearing mounting bolts are arranged on the overrunning clutch shaft mounting piers; the equipment mounting plane layer is provided with a plurality of floating body push rod mounting holes and a push rod limiting bearing mounting frame; equipment installation prefabricated holes are formed in the four walls of the middle of the floating body push rod installation hole. A plurality of upper mounting plate fixing bolts are arranged in the middle positions of two long edges of the lower part of the floating body push rod mounting hole; and a plurality of rope tying piles and rope winding machines are arranged on the top layer. The power generation platform has the advantages of being compact in using structure, easy to construct and convenient to use.
