The invention relates to an anti-puncture tire crown structure with uniform stress. The structure comprises a lining layer, a cord thread transition layer, a tire body, cushion rubber, a first belt ply, a second belt ply, a third belt ply, a zero-degree belt ply and a tire tread which are sequentially distributed from inside to outside of a tire. The cord thread transition layer is arranged belowthe tire body, the first belt ply, the second belt ply, the third belt ply and the zero-degree belt ply are distributed above the tire body, and the lining layer is preferentially attached to an attaching drum of the tire body, then attached to the cord thread transition layer and then attached to the tire body. On the basis of an existing tire, the cord thread transition layer is additionally arranged below the tire body at the tire crown part, and since the cord thread transition layer is arranged below the tire body and isolates the cord thread transition layer from the belt plies above thetire body, excessive heat cannot be generated, and certain puncture resistance can be guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种均匀受力防扎轮胎胎冠结构,本结构包括沿着轮胎内到外依次分布的内衬层、帘线过渡层、胎体、垫胶、第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和零度带束层和胎面;帘线过渡层位于胎体的下方,所述第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和零度带束层分布于胎体上方,内衬层优先贴合于轮胎胎体的贴合鼓上,其次贴合帘线过渡层,之后对胎体贴合。在现有轮胎基础上,在胎冠部位的胎体下方增加一层帘线过渡层,由于是位于胎体下方,将与胎体上方的带束层隔离开,因此不会造成过多的生热,又能保证一定的抗刺扎性能。
