The invention discloses a composite gravity unloading device. A composite connecting piece and a lifting mechanism are included. The composite connecting piece is used for being connected with a to-be-unloaded piece. The lifting mechanism is connected with the composite connecting piece and used for adjusting the position of the to-be-unloaded piece. A locking mechanism, a support and a fixed pulley provided with a rigidity connecting piece are further included. The fixed pulley is connected to the support, the rigidity connecting piece is wound around the fixed pulley, the first end of the rigidity connecting piece is connected with the lifting mechanism, and the second end of the rigidity connecting piece is detachably connected to the support. The locking mechanism is used for locking the composite connecting piece so that the rigidity connecting piece can apply preset tension to the to-be-unloaded piece. According to the above composite gravity unloading device, through conversionof two unloading manners, unloading manner adjustment can be conducted according to actual unloading needs, gravity unloading can be conducted on the to-be-unloaded piece in different freedom degrees,and when the on-track gravity-free condition of the to-be-unloaded piece is simulated, the unloading stability and flexibility can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种复合式重力卸载装置,包括复合连接件和升降机构,复合连接件用以与待卸载件连接,升降机构与复合连接件相连,用以调节待卸载件的位置;还包括锁紧机构、支架和设有刚性连接件的定滑轮,定滑轮连接于支架,刚性连接件绕于定滑轮,刚性连接件的第一端与升降机构相连,刚性连接件的第二端可拆卸地连接于支架;通过锁紧机构锁定复合连接件以供刚性连接件向待卸载件施加预设拉力。上述复合式重力卸载装置通过两种卸载方式的转换,可以根据实际的卸载需要进行卸载方式的调整,从而可以对待卸载件在不同自由度上进行重力卸载,并且能够在模拟待卸载件在轨失重状态时提高卸载的稳定性和灵活性。
