The invention discloses a hoisting device for a tower arm barrel of a wind driven generator and a hoisting method. The hoisting device and the hoisting method solve the problem of how to convenientlyand timely adjust the hoisting balance degree of the tower arm barrel in the transverse hoisting process of the tower arm barrel. A lifting rope of a crane is connected with a horizontal cross beam ina lifting mode, the horizontal cross beam is provided with two hanging belts, and is connected with the tower arm barrel in a lifting mode through the two hanging belts to achieve lifting of the tower arm barrel, reels with driving motors are arranged on the side faces of the two ends of the horizontal cross beam correspondingly, connecting ropes on the reels are connected with the outer side ends of the lifted tower arm barrel through connecting clamps, and by controlling and adjusting the two reels with the driving motors, balance adjustment after the tower arm barrel is hoisted is achieved; a square limiting frame is arranged on each lifting belt for lifting the tower arm barrel, the output ends of electric push rods fixedly arranged on the lower bottom face of the horizontal cross beam are connected with the square limiting frames, by adjusting the two electric push rods, the downward moving positions of the square limiting frames are changed, and then limiting and hooping of thetower arm barrel in the lifting belts are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种风力发电风机塔臂筒的起吊装置及起吊方法,解决了塔臂筒横向起吊过程中如何方便及时地调整塔臂筒起吊平衡度的问题。吊车的吊绳吊接一个水平横梁,在水平横梁上设置两挂带,通过两挂带吊接塔臂筒,实现对塔臂筒的起吊,在水平横梁的两端侧面分别设置带有驱动电机的绕线轮,绕线轮上的连接绳通过连接卡具与被吊塔臂筒的外侧端连接,通过对两个带有驱动电机的绕线轮的控制和调节,来实现对塔臂筒起吊后的平衡调节;在每个起吊塔臂筒的吊带上设置有口字形限位框,在水平横梁下底面上固定设置的电动推杆的输出端与口字形限位框连接,通过调节两电动推杆,来改变口字形限位框的下移位置,进而实现对吊带中塔臂筒的限位和箍紧。
