The invention relates to an installation method of a novel ship chimney main machine exhaust device. The installation method comprises the steps that: S1, an exhaust pipe 1 and an exhaust pipe 2 are preassembled; S2, full welding is conducted on the joint of the exhaust pipe 1 and a sleeve and the joint of the exhaust pipe 2 and the sleeve respectively; S3, a chimney hull structure 1 is adjusted to be in a horizontal state, and the exhaust pipe 1 and the exhaust pipe 2 which are assembled into a whole are hoisted into the chimney hull structure 1 through a large hoisting tool so as to be assembled, positioned and welded; and S4, the chimney hull structure 2 is hoisted into the exhaust pipe 1 and the exhaust pipe 2 to be assembled, positioned and welded. According to the installation methodof the invention, the installation sequence of the exhaust pipes is changed from transverse section-by-section push-in assembly to lifting-in assembly, so that the post-welding deformation correctioncaused by multi-section welding in an exhaust pipe assembly process is reduced, the use of materials such as a sleeve, a support and a lifting lug and heat preservation repair work are reduced; the attractiveness is improved; efficiency is improved; and the materials are reduced.
一种新型船舶烟囱主机排气装置的安装方法,所述安装方法的实现步骤包括:S1:将所述排气管1和所述排气管2进行预装,S2:分别对所述排气管1与所述套筒的连接处、所述排气管2与所述套筒的连接处满焊;S3:调整所述烟囱船体结构1处于横卧状态,将组装为一体的所述排气管1和所述排气管2通过大型起吊工具吊入烟囱船体结构1上进行装配、定位焊接。S4:将所述烟囱船体结构2吊入所述排气管1和所述排气管2上进行装配、定位焊接。本专利将排气管的安装顺序由横向逐段推入装配改为吊入装配,减少了排气管装配过程的多段焊接带来的焊后变形矫正、减少了套筒、支撑、吊耳等材料的使用和保温修补工作,在提高效率、减少材料的同时,也提高了美观性。
