The invention discloses a rudderstock replacement process. The process comprises the steps that 1, a steering engine, an old rudderstock, a rudder blade, an old rudder pintle, an old rudderstock bearing, an old rudder pintle bearing and an old process sleeve are disassembled, and the center line of a rudder system is repaired; 2, a new rudderstock and a new rudder pintle are manufactured, and thecenter line of the rudder blade is checked and repaired; 3, the rudder blade and the new rudderstock are installed, the rudder blade is jacked, and the first distance D1 between the rudder blade and the bottom face of a rudder knob is equal to the sum of the thickness d of an anti-bouncing block, a standard anti-bouncing gap d1 and the press-in amount d2 of the new rudderstock and the steering engine; 4, the steering engine is installed, the rudder blade is jacked, the new rudderstock is pressed into the steering engine according to the press-in amount d2, and the new rudderstock and the steering engine are fixed; step 5, other work is carried out; and step 6, rudder swinging inspection is performed. According to the rudderstock replacement process, the new rudderstock and the steering engine are fixed under the condition that the distance between the rudder blade and the bottom face of the rudder knob is met, it is guaranteed that the anti-bounce gap is not too large or too small, then the using effect of the rudder blade is not affected, meanwhile, operation is easy, and the repairing cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种舵杆换新工艺。包括步骤:步骤1,拆除舵机、旧舵杆、舵叶、旧舵销、旧舵杆承、旧舵销承及旧工艺套,并修复舵系的中心线;步骤2,制作新舵杆和新舵销,并检查和修复舵叶的中心线;步骤3,安装舵叶和新舵杆,后顶升舵叶,使得舵叶与舵钮底面的第一间距D1=防跳块厚度d+标准防跳间隙d1+新舵杆与舵机的压入量d2;步骤4,安装舵机,顶升舵叶,使得新舵杆按照压入量d2压入舵机内,固定新舵杆和舵机;步骤5,进行其他工作;步骤6,摆舵检验。本发明舵杆换新工艺,在满足舵叶与舵钮底面之间的间距的情况下,才固定新舵杆和舵机,保证了防跳间隙不会过大或过小,进而不会影响舵叶的使用效果,同时操作简单,修理成本低。
