The invention provides a torque sensing device suitable for a middle motor. The torque sensing device comprises a middle shaft (1), a bearing part, a deformation sleeve (4), an output shaft (7), a clutch lining (12), a magnet exciting coil (13), a signal receiving coil (14) and a controller (16). The middle shaft (1) is matched with the deformation sleeve (4); the controller (16) is connected withthe deformation sleeve (4); an output shaft (7) is in contact with the bearing part; the controller (16) detects a deformation quantity of the deformation sleeve (4) through a magnet exciting coil (13) and a signal receiving coil (14); and the magnet exciting coil (13) and the signal receiving coil (14) are installed on an outer side of the deformation sleeve (4). In the invention, a surface of the deformation sleeve is sprayed with an amorphous material or adhered with an amorphous thin strip, and the controller generates an alternating magnetic field through the magnet exciting coil by utilizing an inverse magnetostriction effect of the amorphous material to detect a magnitude of a treading torque so that the magnitude of the output of the motor is controlled.
本发明提供了一种适用于中置电机的力矩传感装置,包括:中轴(1)、轴承部件、变形套(4)、输出轴(7)、离合器内衬(12)、励磁线圈(13)、信号接受线圈(14)以及控制器(16);所述中轴(1)与变形套(4)相配合;所述控制器(16)与所述变形套(4)相连;所述输出轴(7)与轴承部件相接触;控制器(16)通过励磁线圈(13)和信号接受线圈(14)来检测变形套(4)的形变量;所述励磁线圈(13)和信号接受线圈(14)安装在变形套(4)外侧。本发明在变形套表面喷涂非晶材料或者粘贴了非晶薄带,利用非晶材料的逆磁滞伸缩效应,控制器通过励磁线圈产生交变磁场,检测踩踏力矩的大小,从而控制电机出力大小。
