The invention discloses an automatic power supply plug-in system of a torpedo car and a plug-in control method of the torpedo car. A socket device is provided with a housing mounted on the torpedo car, a power supply socket is arranged in the housing, and a truncated cone is mounted on the housing; a plug device is also provided with a housing, a power supply plug capable of moving back and forthon a guide rail is arranged in the housing and is driven by an air cylinder, so that the plug device can be inserted into or separated from the socket; the plug device is provided with a hollow cone cavity, and the hollow cone cavity can be mutually embedded with the truncated cone; the plug device is installed on a follow-up trolley through a flexible supporting device, and the follow-up trolleyis installed on a rail section. The plug-in control method mainly comprises the following steps of: 1, applying for driving-in of the torpedo car; 2, performing automatic alignment; 3, performing plug-in operation, and connecting and detecting a power loop; 4, folding the torpedo car; and 5, allowing the torpedo car to leave and automatically disengage. The automatic production level of the torpedo tank car is improved, and personal injury accidents are avoided.

    一种鱼雷罐车的电源自动插接系统及其插接控制方法,其中的插座装置有一个安装在鱼雷罐车上的罩壳,罩壳内有一个电源插座,罩壳上还装有一个截锥体;其插头装置也有一个罩壳,罩壳内装有一个可以在导轨上前后移动的电源插头,由一个气缸进行驱动,使其可与插座实现插接或脱开;插头装置有一个空心锥体腔,该空心锥体腔可以和截锥体相互嵌合;插头装置由一个柔性支撑装置安装在随动小车上,随动小车安装在一段轨道上。其插接控制方法主要包括:1.鱼雷罐车申请驶入:2.自动对位:3.插接作业,动力回路接通及检测;4.鱼雷罐车折铁:5.驶离允许,自动脱开。本发明的有益效果是:提高了鱼雷罐车的自动化生产水平及避免人身伤害事故的发生。
