The invention discloses a new energy automobile device capable of popping up a battery after collision. A vehicle body is included. A vehicle cabin for people to take or goods to be stored is arrangedin the vehicle body; and wheel axles are rotatably connected into the vehicle body in a bilateral symmetry mode. Compared with a traditional electric automobile, by using the device of the invention,an ejection device is started after collision, and a longer main battery is ejected out of the vehicle so that fire disasters caused by a short circuit due to distortion of the main battery are avoided. Meanwhile, the ejection device can be started only when the vehicle runs; besides, the ejection device can be started only when collision reaches a certain strength during running, and can not bestarted by any collision so that random accidents of the device are reduced; and finally, after the main battery is ejected out, a standby battery can be started to provide emergency electric energy for the automobile.

    本发明公开的一种撞击后能弹出电池的新能源汽车装置,包括车体,所述车体内设有用于人员乘坐或货物存放的车舱,所述车体内左右对称转动连接有车轮轴,本发明相比于传统的电动汽车,会在碰撞后启动一个弹射装置,来把较长的主电池弹射出车外从而免于主电池扭曲而短路从而引发火灾,同时,本发明的弹射装置只有在车行驶时才可启动,此外,行驶时的弹射装置启动需要碰撞达到一定的力度才可启动,并不是任何碰撞都能启动的,这减少了装置的随机意外性,最后,当弹射出主电池后,本发明能启动备用电池,为车提供应急用电能。
