The invention relates to the technical field of driverless sweeping vehicles, in particular to a front axle damping device for a driverless sweeping vehicle. The device comprises a chassis and a frontaxle located below the chassis. The device is characterized in that driving hubs are arranged at the two ends of the front axle; and tires are assembled on the driving hubs; the middle section of thefront axle is provided with a horizontal hinge seat so as to be hinged to the chassis; and the hinge axis of the horizontal hinge seat is perpendicular to the length direction of the front axle. Thedevice further comprises at least two sets of elastic buffer assemblies which are used for connecting the chassis and the front axle and have the vertical elastic telescopic function; the buffer directions of the elastic buffer assemblies are vertically arranged; and the elastic buffer assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the horizontal hinge base respectively. The device has the advantagesof simple structure, high applicability, cost-saving performance and high cost performance. The problem of the advancing stability of the whole vehicle when the driverless sweeper encounters a ruggedroad surface in the working process can be solved, and the sensing accuracy of vehicle-mounted equipment is ensured.

    本发明涉及无人驾驶扫地车技术领域,具体涉及一种无人驾驶扫地车用前桥减震装置。本发明包括车底盘以及位于车底盘下方的前桥,其特征在于:前桥的两端布置驱动轮毂,驱动轮毂上装配轮胎;所述前桥的中段设置有水平铰接座从而铰接于车底盘上,且所述水平铰接座的铰接轴线垂直前桥长度方向;本装置还包括用于衔接车底盘及前桥的具备铅垂向弹性伸缩功能的弹性缓冲组件,所述弹性缓冲组件的缓冲方向铅垂设置,弹性缓冲组件至少为两组且分置于水平铰接座两侧处。本发明具备结构简单、适用性强、节约成本及性价比高的优点,能解决无人驾驶扫地车在工作过程中遇到崎岖路面时的整车行进平稳性问题,最终确保车载设备感应的准确性。
