The embodiment of the invention provides a harvester speed control method and system. The method comprises the following steps: performing real-time detection of working state data of a target harvester at the current moment, including harvester feed quantity, grain moisture content, grain flow and harvester speed; inputting the working state data to a speed prediction network mode, and acquiringa predicted value, output by the speed prediction network model, of harvester speed at the next moment, wherein the speed prediction network model is a back propagation (BP) neural network model; andat the next moment, adjusting the harvester speed to the predicted value of the harvester speed to complete speed control over the target harvester. According to the harvester speed control method andsystem, by taking the working state data at the current moment as input quantity, and the harvester speed at the next moment as output quantity, the BP neural network model is established; and the harvester speed control method and system comprehensively consider influences of the harvesting conditions on the harvesting work, are of great significance in guiding a driver to work, reducing labor intensity, improving the service life of a harvester, and meanwhile, lay a foundation for realizing intelligence of agricultural machines.

    本发明实施例提供的收割机车速控制方法及系统,该包括:实时检测目标收割机在当前时刻的工作状态数据,包括收割机喂入量、谷物含水率、谷物流量和收割机车速;将工作状态数据输入至车速预测网络模型,获取由车速预测网络模型输出的下一时刻的收割机车速的预测值,车速预测网络模型为BP神经网络模型;在下一时刻则将收割机车速调整至收割机车速的预测值,完成目标收割机的车速控制。本发明实施例以当前时刻的工作状态数据作为输入量,下一时刻收割机车速作为输出量,建立BP神经网络模型,综合考虑了收获条件对收获工作的影响,为指导驾驶员工作、降低劳动强度,提高收割机寿命有重要意义,同时为实现农业机械智能化打下基础。
