The invention discloses a system for governing overload by utilizing a flat plate type dynamic truck scale without stopping. The system is arranged on a road surface and meets the requirement of normal running speed of vehicles, and vehicles do not need to slow down during passing. Two flat plate type dynamic truck scales are transversely arranged in a traffic lane side by side, and a front-end ground induction coil and a rear-end ground induction coil are respectively arranged on the two sides of each flat plate type dynamic truck scale along the running direction of vehicles. A bottom frameof each flat plate type dynamic truck scale is fixedly arranged in a ground shallow pit, two positioning devices are fixedly arranged on the bottom frame, a bearing table is movably arranged on the bottom frame through the positioning devices, weighing sensor assemblies are arranged at the four corners between the bearing table and the bottom frame, and the four weighing sensor assemblies are usedfor monitoring the weight of an automobile passing through the bearing table. A junction box is electrically connected with the weighing sensor assemblies, the front-end ground induction coil, the rear-end ground induction coil and the junction box are electrically connected with a sensor signal processor, and an electronic weighing instrument is electrically connected with the sensor signal processor and a management computer.

    本发明公开一种利用平板式动态汽车衡不停车治理超载的系统,设置在路面上,满足汽车正常行驶速度的要求,无需减速通过,两台平板式动态汽车衡横向并排设置在行车道内,平板式动态汽车衡的两侧沿车辆行驶方向分别设置有前端地感线圈和后端地感线圈;平板式动态汽车衡的底框固定设置在地面浅坑内,底框上固定设置有两个定位装置,承载台通过定位装置活动设置在底框上,承载台和底框之间的四角上均设置有称重传感器组件,四个称重传感器组件用于监测通过承载台上的汽车重量;接线盒与称重传感器组件电连接,前端地感线圈、后端地感线圈和接线盒均与传感器信号处理器电连接,电子称重仪表分别与传感器信号处理器和管理计算机电连接。
