The invention provides a monitoring and detecting device for displaying a real-time hook deflection angle and a crane. A crown block assembly a1 of the crane is hung on a lifting lug b2 of a lazy armthrough a connecting piece a3; one end of the connecting piece a3 is connected with the crown block assembly a1 by a hinge shaft a2; the hinge shaft a2 is arranged in a direction perpendicular to theaxis of the crown block; a platform surface a6 perpendicular to a pulley block force action line or a straight line parallel to the pulley block force action line is set on the connecting piece a3; and during craning, an angle between the platform surface a6 perpendicular to the pulley block force action line in real time and a horizontal plane or an angle of the straight line parallel to the pulley block force action line in real time deviating from a plumb line during lifting is equal to a real-time hook deflection angle in value. The accuracy of the hook deflection angle is detected on theplatform surface a6 and determined by a mounted angle measuring instrument a7, so as to detect and display the hook deflection angle when the pulley block force action line deviates from the plumb line in real time, and the hook deflection angle of the crane is monitored in the whole hoisting process.
本发明提供一种显示实时吊钩偏角监控检测装置及起重机,将起重机定滑轮组件a1经联接件a3吊挂于吊臂的吊耳b2上,所述联接件a3一端用绞接轴a2同所述定滑轮组件a1联接,并将所述绞接轴a2设在与定滑轮轴线相垂直方位,在所述联接件a3上设立与滑轮组力作用线垂直平台面a6或设立与滑轮组力作用线的平行直线;吊重时所述实时与滑轮组力作用线垂直平台面a6同水平面间夹角或实时与滑轮组提升力作用线的平行直线偏离铅垂线的角度,数值上均等于实时吊钩偏角,在所述平台面a6检测吊钩偏角的精度,由装设的角度测量仪a7确定,以检测显示实时所述滑轮组力作用线偏离铅垂线角度的吊钩偏角,吊装全过程监控起重机的吊钩偏角。
