The invention relates to a pollution-free ice removing device for a riverway floating bridge. According to the technical scheme, a floating bridge composed of a common single ship, ice clearing singleships and pressure-bearing decks crosses a river channel to be connected with river banks on the two banks, the common single ship and the multiple ice clearing single ships are connected and fixed together, and the pressure-bearing decks are installed on the upper surfaces of the common single ship and the multiple ice clearing single ships respectively; the coiled tubing is coiled and fixed atthe bottom of the floating cabin through a height adjusting bracket; the coiled tubing penetrates through the coiled tubing driver and the coiled tubing self-sealing device; and then the ice removingchannel extends out of the floating bridge by a certain distance, an injector head is installed at the tail end of the continuous pipe, the inner end of the continuous pipe is connected to a hot waterheating station on the bank side of the river through a pipeline, warm water is conveyed to the injector head through the continuous pipe under high pressure, and ice breaking and removing of the river are achieved. The device has the beneficial effects that the ice breaking and removing cost is greatly saved; harmless ice removal is achieved, and environmental hazards caused by explosive pollution, blasting vibration and noise due to explosion reaction are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种河道浮桥用无污染清凌装置。其技术方案是:由普通单船、清凌单船、承压甲板组成的浮桥跨过河道与两岸的河堤连接,所述普通单船和若干条清凌单船连接固定在一起,并在上表面分别安装承压甲板;连续管盘成卷通过高度调整支架固定在漂浮船舱的底部,所述连续管穿过连续管驱动器和连续管自封器,再沿着清凌通道伸出到浮桥外的河道一定距离,在连续管的末端安装喷射头,连续管的内端通过管线连接到河道岸边的热水加热站,将温热水通过连续管高压输送到喷射头,实现河道的破冰清凌。有益效果是:大大地节约破冰清凌成本;实现了无害化清凌,也不会因爆炸反应而产生的爆炸物的污染、爆破震动与噪声带来的环境危害。
