The invention belongs to the technical field of baby carriages, and particularly relates to a four-wheel baby carriage with an anti-lock disc brake mechanism, which comprises wheels, connecting discsare arranged on the surfaces of the wheels, and spring columns are arranged at the tops of the wheels. Through the arrangement of a threaded screw rod, an extrusion rod, a branch pull wire and a fixing ring, a child can conveniently start the child electric vehicle; brake capable of being stepped on, a brake cable connected with one end of the brake is wound on a threaded groove in the surface ofthe threaded screw; an extrusion rod arranged in the threaded screw rod rotates in the threaded screw rod; therefore, the extrusion rod extends out of the threaded screw to extrude the brake pad; thebrake pad is inwards extruded to brake the automobile; and when the brake is released, the brake cable moves on the surface of the threaded screw, so that the extrusion rod in the threaded screw is driven to be retracted, and when the brake cable moves on the surface of the threaded screw, the branch pull cable pulls the fixing ring, so that one side of the brake pad is extruded to brake wheels ofan automobile.
