The invention discloses an individual-soldier mooring floating investigation communication system, which comprises a knapsack, a retracting and releasing mechanism, an inflating mechanism, a floatingbody and a load cabin. The retracting and releasing mechanism comprises a tying rope and is arranged in the knapsack; the inflating mechanism comprises an air bottle and an inflating pipe, the air bottle is arranged in the knapsack, the input end of the inflating pipe is connected with the air bottle, and the output end of the inflating pipe is communicated with the floating main body; the load cabin comprises a cabin body and a plurality of components used for investigation and communication, the components are connected with the cabin body, the bottom end of the cabin body is connected witha tether, and the top end of the cabin body is connected with the floating body. Undeployed work, all the components are folded in the knapsack; a soldier opens the knapsack after carrying the knapsack to a designated area, the inflation mechanism inflates the floating main body, the retraction mechanism works to loosen the tether, the floating main body carries the load cabin to lift off, mooringis achieved through the locking tether, investigation and communication can be conducted, and the tether can be retracted and released according to different requirements to achieve adjustment of thesize of an investigation area. After the task is finished, the tether is tightened, and the load cabin is collected.
