The invention relates to a zero-position adjustment structure of a master controller. The zero-position adjustment structure comprises a fixed seat, a driving shaft, a torsion spring, first limiting pieces and an adjustment piece, wherein the driving shaft is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat; a driving rod is arranged at a first end of the driving shaft; the driving rod and the driving shaft are arranged at an interval; the two first limiting pieces are rotatably arranged at the first end of the driving shaft; the torsion spring sleeves the driving shaft and is arranged between the two first limiting pieces; first shift blocks and second shift blocks are arranged on the first limiting pieces; two ends of the torsion spring prop against the two first shift blocks; the driving rod is clamped between the second shift blocks of the two first limiting pieces; the adjustment piece is arranged on the fixed seat and is in threaded connection with the fixed seat; and the first shift blocksprop against the bottom of the adjustment piece. With the adoption of the scheme, the driving rod can be conveniently adjusted so that the driving shaft is in a zero-position position, the adjustmentaccuracy is relatively high, and the service lifetime of the torsion spring cannot be reduced.

    本发明涉及一种主令控制器的零位调整结构,包括:固定座、驱动轴、扭簧、第一限位件和调整件,驱动轴转动安装在固定座上,驱动轴的第一端设置驱动杆,驱动杆和驱动轴间隔设置;第一限位件设置有两个,第一限位件转动安装在驱动轴的第一端,扭簧套设在驱动轴上,且扭簧位于两个第一限位件之间;第一限位件上设置有第一拨块和第二拨块,扭簧的两端分别抵靠在两个第一拨块上,驱动杆被夹在两个第一限位件的第二拨块之间;调整件安装在固定座上,且调整件和固定座螺纹连接,第一拨块抵靠在调整件的底部。采用这样的方案后,能方便地调整驱动杆使驱动轴处于的零位,调整精度较高,且扭簧的使用寿命不会降低。
