The invention discloses an aluminium alloy building hoist. The elevator comprises a chassis, a guide rail rack and multiple lift cages. A guide rail is vertically mounted above the chassis, and the chassis is placed on the plane. A driving system is arranged in each lift cage and matched with a rack vertically mounted on the guide rail rack. The lift cages move up and down along the guide rail rack under the control of a motor system, the side surface, close to the guide rail rack, of each lift cage is provided with a limit device which is used for making the lift cages stop at different heights, and the chassis, the guide rail rack and the multiple lift cages are made from an aluminium alloy material. The aluminium alloy building hoist uses the aluminium alloy material, so that about 30%of the total weight of the building hoist is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. The aluminium alloy building hoist does not rust and is clean and attractive in appearance, and the servicelife is prolonged. Paint spraying is not needed for the exterior of the aluminium alloy building hoist, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种铝合金施工升降机,包括底架,导轨架和多个吊笼,导轨垂直安装在底架上方,底架放置平面上;每个吊笼内置有驱动系统,该驱动系统与导轨架上垂直安装的齿条配合;吊笼在电机系统控制下沿着导轨架进行上下移动,每个吊笼上靠近导轨架的一侧面设有限位装置,用于随时将吊笼停滞在不同高度,底架,导轨架和多个吊笼皆采用铝合金材质。本发明使用铝合金材质使施工升降机的总重量减轻30%左右,节约能耗。不生锈,外观整洁漂亮,延长使用寿命。设备外部不用喷漆,减少对环境的污染。
