The invention discloses a band-type brake failure protection system for an elevator. The band-type brake failure protection system comprises a control mainboard and a frequency converter. The controlmainboard comprises a lift car side CPU, an I/O module, a communication module, a power module, a frequency converter side CPU and a driving module; a flat layer door opening signal and a band-type brake detection signal are transmitted to the lift car side CPU through the I/O module; when the elevator is in a flat layer door opening state and a band-type brake fails, the lift car side CPU controls the lift car to give an alarm, and the frequency converter side CPU transmits a torque maintaining signal to the frequency converter; and after the frequency converter receives the torque maintaining signal, electric energy is transmitted to an elevator traction machine, so that the traction machine keeps torque, and the elevator keeps static. Aiming at band-type brake failure when the elevatorflat layer is opened, the system continuously outputs a holding torque for counteracting a car sliding acting force so as to provide guarantee for safe evacuation of passengers; and by means of voicebroadcast, lift car closing display, cancel button registration, lift car closing illumination and the like, passengers are aware of danger, and personal injury accidents can be effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种电梯用抱闸失效保护系统,包括控制主板和变频器;控制主板包括轿厢侧CPU、I/O模块、通讯模块、电源模块、变频器侧CPU、驱动模块;平层开门信号和抱闸检测信号经过I/O模块传输至轿厢侧CPU;电梯处于平层开门且抱闸失效时,轿厢侧CPU控制轿厢进行报警,变频器侧CPU向变频器传递力矩保持信号;变频器收到力矩保持信号后,将电能输送给电梯曳引机,使曳引机保持力矩,电梯保持静止。针对电梯平层开门时的抱闸失效,系统持续输出抵消溜车作用力的保持力矩,给乘客安全撤离提供保障;利用语音播报、关轿厢显示、取消按钮登记、关轿厢照明等方式,使乘客意识到危险发生,可以有效避免人身伤害事故发生。
