The invention discloses a positive-pressure airlock system between airlocks of a ship and a platform. The system comprises an airlock air bottle air supply part, an airlock chamber and a draught fan air supply part, wherein the draught fan air supply part comprises a draught fan, the draught fan is communicated with the air lock chamber through an air inlet pipe, the air lock air bottle air supplypart comprises an air lock air bottle storing compressed air, the air lock air bottle is connected with the air inlet pipe through an air lock air bottle air supply pipeline, and a valve used for opening and closing a channel between the air lock air bottle and the air inlet pipe is arranged on the air lock air bottle air supply pipeline. Under the working conditions that a ship or a platform works normally and a fan is available, air needed for maintaining positive pressure can be provided for the airlock room through air supply of the fan, after the whole ship loses power or is emergently cut off, under the working condition that the fan is not available, the airlock room can provide air needed for maintaining positive pressure through the airlock system air bottle, that the airlock room can maintain positive pressure through corresponding measures under any working condition is guaranteed, flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful gas is prevented from entering residence and concentration places of personnel, and that the personnel are safely and rapidly gathered and evacuated is guaranteed.
