The invention discloses an automobile braking energy recycling device for transportation. The device comprises four foundation pits, wherein the foundation pit is located below each wheel of a to-be-tested vehicle, four bearing seats are fixedly mounted on each of two side walls of the foundation pit, every two bearing seats on the same side form a group, each set of bearing seats is jointly and longitudinally connected with a rotating shaft in a rotating mode, fan-shaped wheel carriers are fixedly connected with the periphery of each rotating shaft, every two fan-shaped wheel carriers on thesame side form one set, fan-shaped gears are arranged on outer sides of each set of fan-shaped wheel carriers, the fan-shaped gears are further fixedly connected with the periphery of each rotating shaft, and the fan-shaped wheel carriers or the fan-shaped gears on the two sides are in one-to-one-one-one correspondence. The device is advantaged in that the simulation effect of the vehicle runningon various road surfaces can be realized by replacing the material on the peripheral surface of the rotating roller, in addition, the design of a watering can is matched to simulate the slippery roadsurface effect, compared with a conventional rotating roller rack, more complex and changeable road surface simulation effects can be provided, and compared with a real road surface test, safety of the test is improved while the field is saved.

    一种交通运输用汽车制动能量回收利用装置,包括四个基坑,基坑分别位于待测试车辆的每个车轮下方,基坑的两侧壁上分别固定安装有四个轴承座,同侧的轴承座两两一组,每组轴承座分别共同纵向转动连接有转轴,转轴的外周上分别固定连接有扇形轮架,同侧的两个扇形轮架为一组,每组扇形轮架的外侧分别设有扇形齿轮,扇形齿轮同样固定连接于转轴外周上,两侧的扇形轮架或扇形齿轮位置均一一对应。本发明也可以通过更换转辊外周表面的材料以实现车辆在多种路面行驶的模拟效果,另外配合喷水壶的设计也可以模拟湿滑路面效果,本发明相比常规的转辊台架能够提供更为复杂多变的路面模拟效果,相比真实路面测试在节约的场地的同时提高了测试的安全性。
