The invention discloses a connecting support. The support comprises a support body and a fastening assembly, wherein the support body comprises a mounting part and a connecting part arranged on one transverse side of the mounting part, the fastening assembly comprises a bolt and a nut, a longitudinal through hole and a vertical through hole intersecting with the longitudinal through hole are formed in the connecting part, and the bolt penetrates through the vertical through hole and is matched with the nut to lock the support body to an auxiliary frame. The invention further discloses a frontsuspension lower swing arm assembly which comprises a swing arm body, a front lining, a rear lining and a connecting support, the front lining is used for being connected with an auxiliary frame, therear lining is a hydraulic lining and is pressed on a mandrel at a rear end of the swing arm body in an interference mode, and the connecting support is pressed in a mounting hole of the rear lining in an interference mode. The utility model further discloses an automobile suspension which comprises an auxiliary frame and the front suspension lower swing arm assembly. The bolts are matched with the connecting parts of the support body to form a plurality of force transmission cavities, so light weight is realized, force transmission paths are increased, closed-loop transmission of force is realized, and the connecting support is ensured to have enough strength and rigidity.
