The present invention relates to a solar heat collection buoy having a solar LED indicator function, the solar heat collection buoy having an internally empty buoy body further filled with a styrofoamfloating part such that even if the buoy body is ruptured by underwater pressure or by the physical force of a natural disaster such as a typhoon, submergence of a buoy can be prevented, and comprising: an internally empty buoy body formed as a polygonal conical tube or a circular conical tube and having a flat and wide lower portion and a narrow and flat upper portion; and the styrofoam floatingpart filled inside the buoy body and having buoyancy.
