The intelligent traffic signal controller can be fused with an original traffic signal facility, and is characterized in that (1) a parking induction area is paved on the pavement of a red light laneto be released, and the paving length of the induction area is determined according to road requirements; (2) the parking induction area can be laid on a green belt or an isolation fence to sense thenumber of vehicles to be released in real time; and (3) real-time video recording, infrared distance measurement and positioning can also be combined by adopting a high-definition monitoring camera, and reasonable traffic signal indication is given after the detection and induction data is comprehensively analyzed and calculated by the intelligent traffic signal controller.

    本智能交通信号控制仪与原有交通信号设施可以互相融合,通过:①在红灯待放行车道路面铺设停车感应区,根据道路需要决定感应区铺设的长度;②也可在绿化带或隔离栏敷设停车感应区,实时感知待放行车辆数量;(③也可采取由高清监控摄像头实时录像、红外线测距与定位相结合,以上探测及感应数据交由智能交通信号控制仪综合分析计算之后给出合理的交通信号指示。
