The invention provides an unmanned forklift with a double-wheel differential structure. The unmanned forklift comprises a forklift body, forks, a laser navigation radar and an unmanned forklift control cabinet; the unmanned forklift control cabinet comprises an unmanned forklift operation control system and an electric control system; two steering wheels are arranged on the forklift body; the double-wheel differential mechanism is arranged between the forklift body and the steering wheels; the unmanned forklift operation control system comprises an automatic mode; in the automatic mode, the unmanned forklift operation control system communicates with the electric control system of the forklift body to send an operation command; and the electric control system controls the two independent steering wheels to operate. The operation mode of a steering mechanism is changed, the problems of high cost and difficulty in maintenance of an existing unmanned forklift steering mechanism can be effectively solved, and the unmanned forklift is flexible and convenient steer, simple in structure, easy to maintain, stable in control performance and low in cost.
