The invention provides a crane main beam fatigue early warning system. A signal receiving device, a signal transmitting device, a sound source generating device, a sound wave signal receiving device,an image acquisition part, an image operation part, a signal conditioning circuit, a display, a microprocessor, a memory and an alarm device are used for carrying out real-time detection and offline detection on a crane main beam, specifically, the sound wave generating device, the sound wave signal receiving device and the signal conditioning circuit are used for carrying out real-time detectionon the crane main beam, a clear crane main beam image is obtained through the image acquisition part and the image operation part, then the crane main beam is subjected to offline detection, and finally, when the crane main beam is diagnosed to have a fault, the signal receiving device and the signal transmitting device are used for effectively protecting workers.
