The invention discloses a wing connecting device of a composite multi-rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a pair of rotor power systems used for being symmetrically arranged on two wings, wherein each rotor power system is provided with a plurality of rotors, and the two sides of each rotor power system are used for being detachably and fixedly connected with outer wing sections and inner wing sections of the wings respectively. The invention further discloses a composite multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The wing connecting device of the composite multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the rotor power system can be selected to be assembled or disassembled according to task requirements so as to achievemode flight of a fixed-wing flight vehicle or the composite multi-rotor flight vehicle.
