The invention relates to an ocean buoy platform which comprises a support frame, floating bodies, an instrument cabin, a laser radar, a solar panel, a Doppler profile ocean current instrument, a windpower generation device and a power supply device. The floating bodies are arranged on the support frame and are uniformly distributed, the instrument cabin is arranged in the middle of the support frame, the solar panel and the wind power generation device are arranged on the support frame, and the laser radar, the Doppler profile ocean current instrument and the power supply device are arrangedin the instrument cabin. According to the ocean buoy platform, an influence of buoy shaking on a measuring instrument can be reduced, measuring precision is improved, multiple modes are adopted for power supply, energy can be better provided, and distribution between an installation space and energy supply is better coordinated.
