The invention provides a front and rear axle same-direction steering method of a 4X4 electromechanical liquid all-wheel steering system. The method is characterized in that a first connector oil way and a third connector oil way in a rear axle steering integrated valve set are smooth, a second connector oil way and a fourth connector oil way in the rear axle steering integrated valve set are smooth, a rod cavity of an unlocking oil cylinder is filled with oil, and a mechanical lock is driven to rotate upwards around a rotating shaft to complete unlocking; a controller makes a two-position two-way electromagnetic valve and a valve be powered on; pressure buildup of a rear axle steering hydraulic cylinder is realized; when a driver turns a steering wheel, a steering wheel angle sensor sendsa steering wheel angle signal to the steering controller; a control system calculates target displacement of the rear axle steering hydraulic cylinder, accurately achieves a displacement stroke of therear axle steering hydraulic cylinder by controlling a current of a three-position four-way proportional reversing valve, pushes a left steering rocker arm to rotate through a ball pin, and drives the rear axle steering rod system to achieve the same-direction steering of a rear axle along with a front axle. A brand-new calculation mode of a piston telescopic target displacement value of the rearaxle steering hydraulic cylinder is researched and developed, and the piston telescopic target displacement value of the rear axle steering hydraulic cylinder is accurately calculated.

    本发明提供了一种4X4机电液全轮转向系统的前后桥同向转向方法,其特征在于,后桥转向集成阀组内第一接口和第三接口油路畅通,第二接口和第四接口油路畅通,目的在于为解锁油缸的有杆腔充油,带动机械锁绕转轴向上旋转,完成解锁;控制器控制两位两通电磁阀和阀上电,实现后桥转向液压缸建压,当驾驶员转动方向盘时,方向盘转角传感器将方向盘转角信号发送到转向控制器,控制系统计算出后桥转向液压缸的目标位移,通过对三位四通比例换向阀的电流控制精确实现后桥转向液压缸的位移行程,通过球头销推动左转向摇臂转动,带动后桥转向杆系实现后桥随前桥的同向转向。本发明研发了全新的后桥转向液压缸的活塞伸缩目标位移值的计算方式,通过准确的计算出后桥转向液压缸的活塞伸缩目标位移值。
