The invention provides a vehicle information calculation apparatus and a vehicle control apparatus, which calculate the inertia moment of a vehicle with a simple structure and control the vehicle based on the inertia moment. The control apparatus (900) is provided with: a motor torque acquisition unit (920) that acquires torque for driving a motor of a vehicle (1000); an angular acceleration acquisition unit (910) that acquires the angular acceleration of the motor; a ground force acquisition unit (930) that acquires a ground force of the vehicle (1000); and an inertia moment calculation unit(950) that calculates the inertia moment of a rotating member including a tire (800) on the basis of the torque, the angular acceleration, the ground contact force, and the coefficient of friction between the tire (800) of the vehicle (1000) and the ground contact surface.

    本发明提供车辆信息计算装置及车辆的控制装置,以简易的构成计算出车辆的惯性力矩,并基于惯性力矩来控制车辆。控制装置(900)具备:马达扭矩获取部(920),其获取驱动车辆(1000)的马达的扭矩;角加速度获取部(910),其获取马达的角加速度;接地力获取部(930),其获取车辆(1000)的接地力;惯性力矩计算部(950),其基于上述扭矩、上述角加速度、上述接地力和车辆(1000)的轮胎(800)与接地面之间的摩擦系数,计算出包括轮胎(800)的旋转部件的惯性力矩。
