The invention discloses a relay valve capable of improving working sensitivity, which comprises a valve body assembly, a piston assembly and a valve element assembly, wherein the piston assembly is arranged at the bottom end in the valve body assembly, the valve element assembly is arranged at the upper end of the piston assembly, a valve element spring is arranged on the valve element assembly; the upper end of the valve element assembly is connected with an exhaust cap; the exhaust cap is located on the upper surface of the valve body assembly; an input cavity and an output cavity are formedin the two sides of the valve element assembly, the output cavity is located at the lower end of the input cavity, the input cavity is connected with system main air, and the output cavity is connected with a brake air cylinder; a control cavity is formed in the lower end of the piston assembly; the control cavity is connected with a train control system; and the relay valve further comprises a stress assembly arranged on the valve element assembly. The sealing position structures of the valve port and the valve element assembly are adjusted, so that the stress state of the valve element assembly is optimized, and meanwhile, the sealing performance is guaranteed.
