The invention provides a micro gas turbine range extender control device for an electric automobile. The micro gas turbine range extender control device comprises a micro gas turbine, a fuel tank, a fuel pump, a flow control device, a high-speed motor, a coaxial part, an exhaust temperature sensor, a rotating speed sensor, a power conversion unit PCU, a power battery, a battery charging and discharging device and an electronic control unit ECU. The technical problem to be solved is to control a high-speed motor to start the micro gas turbine in an electric mode by using the control device. When the micro gas turbine operates under a rated working condition, the control device controls the high-speed motor to operate in a power generation mode and charges the power battery, and when the power battery is fully charged (the voltage of the battery end is higher than a set charging termination voltage), the control device controls the micro gas turbine to stop working. The significance of the invention lies in that the starting/power generation integrated high-speed motor is used for controlling starting and stopping of the micro gas turbine, non-stop charging is achieved, and the purpose of prolonging the driving range of the electric automobile is achieved.

    本发明提供一种用于电动汽车的微型燃气轮机增程器控制装置,包括微型燃气轮机、燃料箱、燃料泵、流量控制装置、高速电机、共轴、排气温度传感器、转速传感器、功率转换单元PCU、动力电池、电池充放电装置、电子控制单元ECU;所要解决的技术问题是利用该控制装置控制高速电机以电动模式启动微型燃气轮机,当微型燃气轮机以额定工况运行时,该控制装置控制高速电机以发电模式运行并为动力电池充电,当动力电池充满时(电池端电压高于设定的充电终止电压),该控制装置控制微型燃气轮机停止工作;本发明的重要意义是利用启动/发电一体化高速电机控制微型燃气轮机的启停,实现不停车充电,达到延长电动汽车续驶里程的目的。
