The invention discloses a novel vibration reduction device based on Stewart configuration, and relates to the technical field of vibration reduction. The novel vibration reduction device comprises anupper platform, a lower platform and a plurality of single-leg vibration reduction units. Every two adjacent single-leg vibration reduction units are connected with the upper platform and the lower platform in a spatial and orthogonal manner to form a cube structure vibration reduction platform. The cubic Stewart spatial configuration is adopted to solve the problem that decoupling is difficult, so that the stable connection between sensors such as a hydrophone and the basic working face can be guaranteed, the displacement transmission rate of the hydrophone can be effectively reduced, the displacement transmission rate is smaller, the natural frequency of low-frequency vibration reduction is lower, the low-frequency vibration isolation performance is better, the foundation vibration of the sensors can be reduced to a great extent, and high measurement precisions can also be obtained in severe marine conditions. The novel vibration reduction device is suitable for vibration reduction of instruments operated in the marine environment, the acoustic stealth performance of a water surface unmanned boat can be increased to a great extent, and the working environment of the sensors on the unmanned boat is improved.

    本发明公开一种基于Stewart构型的新型减振装置,涉及减振技术领域,包括上平台、下平台以及多个单腿减振单元,每相邻两个单腿减振单元均以空间两两正交的方式与上下两个平台相联接,形成立方体结构减振平台。采用立方体的Stewart空间构型解决了解耦难的问题,不仅能够保证水听器等传感器和基础工作面之间的稳固连接,而且可以有效地降低水听器位移传递率,使位移传递率更小、低频减振的固有频率更低、低频隔振性能更好,并能够很大程度上降低传感器的地基振动,使其能在恶劣的海洋条件中亦获得较高的测量精度。本发明适用于在海洋环境下作业的仪器的减振,可极大程度的增加水面无人艇的声隐身性能,改善无人艇上传感器的工作环境。
