The invention discloses a logistics transportation line with a limiting mechanism. A preparatory lifting section is arranged between a transportation section and a lifting section, a limiting assemblyis arranged at the preparatory lifting section and comprises a limiting stop block, a limiting linkage device and a limiting switch, and the limiting stop block is linked with the limiting switch through the limiting linkage device; and the lifting section is provided with a lifting appliance, when the lifting appliance is located on the bottom surface of the lifting section, the limiting switchis turned on, at the moment, the limiting stop block retracts, when the lifting appliance gets away from the bottom surface of the lifting section, the limiting switch is turned off, and at the moment, the limiting stop block stretches out. In this way, in the lifting process of the lifting appliance, the limiting stop block can block subsequent to-be-transported parts to prevent the subsequent to-be-transported parts from entering the lifting section, and when the lifting appliance descends to the bottom surface of the lifting section, the limiting stop block can retract, so that the subsequent to-be-transported parts enter the lifting section and are located on the lifting appliance to be lifted. By arranging a limiting device, the conflict situation that both of two cargos enter the lifting section while the conveying efficiency is ensured in the transportation process is avoided, and the logistics transportation line is worthy of being promoted.

    本发明公开了一种具有限位机构的物流运输线,通过在运输段和起升段之间设置预备起升段,并在预备起升段设置限位组件,限位组件包括限位挡块、限位联动装置和限位开关,限位挡块通过限位联动装置和限位开关联动;起升段设置有吊具,当吊具处于起升段底面时,限位开关闭合,此时限位挡块回纳,当吊具离开起升段底面时,限位开关打开,此时限位挡块伸出。这样,吊具升起过程中,限位挡块能够对后续待运输件进行阻挡,防止其进入起升段,而吊具降至起升段底面时,限位挡块能够回纳,使后续待运输件进入起升段内,并处于吊具上进行起吊。通过设置限位装置,使得运输过程在保证传输效率的同时不会发生两个货物都进入起升段的冲突情况,值得推广。
