The invention relates to an elevator control method and system, a conveying robot and an elevator controller. The elevator control method includes the steps that the communication distance with the elevator controller is detected; when the communication distance meets the preset condition, an inquiry request is sent to the elevator controller; running information fed back by the elevator controller based on the inquiry request is received; and a dispatching instruction is determined according to the running information, and the dispatching instruction is sent to the elevator controller. By means of the technical scheme, remote dispatching of various elevators can be achieved, the optimal elevator carrying path is selected, the elevator carrying efficiency is improved, the probability thatthe conveying robot enters and exits from the elevator to collide with passengers is lowered, and the elevator waiting time of the robot is shortened.
