The material mixing chamber is arranged before spraying, the material mixing chamber is capable of fully mixing granular materials with a liquid on the premise of no damage to the granular materials, and can also be used for separating the granular materials according to the particle size, small granules can be sprayed directly, and large granules must be turned into small granules, and then are sprayed, so that the problem of clogging of nozzles is solved, and large-area spraying is achieved.

    本发明公开了智能型水产养殖全自动放料装置及其放料方法,属于水产养殖的技术领域。包括:船体;动力推进器,两组;对称安装在所述船体的两侧;料仓,N个,通过支架相邻的固定在所述船体上;所述料仓分别用于容纳颗粒、粉末、片剂和液体的物料;混料腔,位于所述料仓的下方且横向设置;通过连接管同时连通于所述料仓的出料口;喷嘴组件,固定在所述混料腔的出口位置处且延伸至所述船体外,用于将混料腔内部的物料喷洒在水池内。本发明在喷洒之前设置了混料腔,该混料腔在不破坏颗粒状物料的前提下能够使其与液体做到充分的混合;并且还能够对颗粒状的物料进行颗粒大小分离,小颗粒可以直接喷洒出,大颗粒必须得变成小颗粒方可进行喷出,避免了对喷嘴带来的堵塞问题。实现大面积的喷洒。
