The invention provides an auxiliary frame buffering device, an auxiliary frame and an automobile. The auxiliary frame buffering device comprises a liner and a bowl pad. According to the technical scheme, the buffering piece is provided with theextension part, when the liner and the bowl pad are assembled, the boss abuts against the inner sleeve, the extension part abuts against the supporting part, impact force is weakened through deformation of the buffering piece, accordingly, the function of limiting the stroke during liner and bowl pad stress is achieved, and the taking comfort, smoothness and stability of the automobile are improved to a certain degree.
