The invention relates to the technical field of highway construction, in particular to a highway construction roadbed maintenance device and method. The device comprises: a bottom plate, a hot meltingkettle body, a construction mechanism, a pressurizing mechanism, a stirring mechanism and a power supply mechanism. The method comprises three maintenance steps. According to the invention, the mounting structure is stable and the gravity center is more stable, wherein the crack pouring glue in the kettle body can be used more thoroughly without obliquely jacking up the kettle body, so that wasteis avoided and an external high-pressure air source is not needed, therefore, convenience is brought to constructors; meanwhile, the manufacturing and processing cost of the device can be effectivelyreduced; what is more, the accident of rollover caused by unstable gravity center of the whole device due to inclined jacking of the kettle body can be avoided; according to the method, the heating efficiency can be prevented from being affected, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved, the steps are simple and reasonable, operation is convenient, safety and reliability are achieved,the construction efficiency can be effectively improved, and the service life of the highway construction roadbed maintenance device is prolonged.

    本发明涉及公路施工技术领域,具体涉及一种公路施工路基养护装置及方法,包括底板、热熔釜本体、施工机构、加压机构、搅拌机构、供电机构以及三个养护步骤。本发明,其安装结构稳定,重心更加平稳,不需要将釜体倾斜顶起就可以实现釜体内部的灌缝胶使用的更加彻底,避免造成浪费的目的,也不需要外接高压气源,给施工人员带来便利,同时可有效降低该装置的制造加工成本,尤为重要的是,可避免将釜体倾斜顶起造成整个装置重心不稳而出现翻车的意外事故发生,不仅可避免影响加热效率,还可大幅提高施工效率,提出的方法,步骤简单合理,操作方便,安全可靠,可有效提高施工效率以及延长公路施工路基养护装置的使用寿命。
