The invention provides a method for preparing an activated carbon material, the activated carbon material prepared by the method and application of the activated carbon material in a filter. The method for preparing the activated carbon material comprises the following steps: (1) adding a quaternary ammonium salt monomer into deionized water, and uniformly stirring to enable the molar concentration of the quaternary ammonium salt monomer to be 0.6 mol/L-1. 4mol/L so as to obtain a solution A; (2) adding an initiator into the solution A to obtain a solution B; (3) adding granular activated carbon into the solution B, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture C; (4) introducing nitrogen into the mixture C, bubbling for 10 minutes, sealing, and carrying out oxidation-reduction grafting reaction in a constant-temperature water bath; and (5) washing the product after the oxidation-reduction grafting reaction with acetone, extracting for 24 hours, and drying to obtain the activated carbon material. The activated carbon material prepared by the method has relatively strong adsorption performance and also has good antibacterial and anti-corrosion performance.

    本发明提出了制备活性炭材料的方法、该方法制备得到的活性炭材料和该活性炭材料在过滤器中用途。其中,制备活性炭材料的方法包括:(1)在去离子水中加入季铵盐单体并搅拌均匀,使所述季铵盐单体摩尔浓度为0.6mol/L~1.4mol/L,以便得到溶液A;(2)在溶液A中加入引发剂,以便得溶液B;(3)在溶液B中加入颗粒活性炭并搅拌均匀,以便得到混合物C;(4)在混合物C中充入氮气鼓泡10min后密封,在恒温水浴中进行氧化还原接枝反应;以及(5)将氧化还原接枝反应后的产物用丙酮洗涤,然后抽提24小时,烘干,以便获得所述活性炭材料。由此该方法制备得到的活性炭材料具有较强吸附性能,同时还具有良好的抗菌防腐性能。
