The invention discloses a stabilizing mechanism used for a lifting platform. The mechanism comprises a fixing rack, a copper alloy graphite sliding block is mounted on the fixing rack, the copper alloy graphite sliding block comprises a bronze base material, multiple round holes are formed in the bronze base material according to grid arranging, lubricating agents are cured on the round holes, andare composed of graphite, MoS2 and a binding agent, the stabilizing mechanism uses self lubricating and corrosion resistance of the graphite to reinforce up and down lifting stability of a movable equipment assembly in the fixing rack, and adaptation to the dust pollution and high-temperature severe environment in the low-speed heavy-load occasions.

    本发明公开一种用于升降平台的稳定机构,包括固定机架,固定机架上设置有铜合金石墨滑块,铜合金石墨滑块包括青铜基材,在青铜基材上按照网格排列开设有若干个圆孔,在圆孔上固化有润滑剂,润滑剂有石墨、MoS和粘接剂组成,本发明的稳定机构利用石墨的自润滑性和耐腐蚀性,加强了活动设备组件在固定机架中上下升降的稳定性以及在低速重载的场合对粉尘污染及高温恶劣环境的适应性。
