The invention discloses a lifting method of a U-shaped desulfurizing tower. The method comprises the steps of arranging four first lifting lugs at an equal interval at the top of a reactor, and symmetrically installing a second lifting lug and a third lifting lug at the bottom of the reactor; starting up two cranes, wherein one crane is connected with the four first lifting lugs through a rope, the other crane is connected with the second lifting lug through a rope and is connected with the third lifting lug through a rope; lifting the U-shaped desulfurizing tower, after the desulfurizing tower is stable, using the crane connected with the first lifting lugs to lift and rotate the U-shaped desulfurizing tower at a lifting speed higher than that of the crane connected with the second lifting lug, and pulling the rope on the third lifting lug until the U-shaped desulfurizing tower is vertically and downwards put on a placement support; connecting the four first lifting lugs to one cranethrough the rope, connecting the ropes to the second lifting lug and the third lifting lug respectively, controlling lifting of the U-shaped desulfurizing tower through the cranes, and pulling the second lifting lug and the connecting rope on the second lifting lug until the U-shaped desulfurizing tower is lifted to the installation position. In this way, safe lifting and placement of the U-shapeddesulfurizing tower are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种U型脱硫塔的吊装方法,包括:在反应器顶部等间距设置四个第一吊耳,在反应器底部对称安装第二吊耳和第三吊耳;启动两台吊机,其中一台吊机通过绳索连接四个第一吊耳,另一台吊机通过绳索连接第二吊耳,通过绳索连接第三吊耳;将U型脱硫塔吊起,待稳定后,连接第一吊耳的吊机以高于连接第二吊耳的吊机的提升速度将U型脱硫塔吊起并旋转,牵制第三吊耳上的绳索,直至U型脱硫塔竖直向下放置于放置支架上;将四个第一吊耳通过绳索连接到一台吊机上,在第二吊耳和第二吊耳上分别连接绳索,通过吊机控制吊起U型脱硫塔,同时牵制第二吊耳和第二吊耳上的连接绳索,直到U型脱硫塔吊装至安装位置。实现U型脱硫塔安全吊装和放置。
