The invention provides a mine cage guide steel wire rope sliding sleeve intelligent protection system and a method thereof, and aims to solve the problem of low smearing efficiency of a mode of manually smearing lubricating grease on the surface of a cage guide steel wire rope. The mine cage guide steel wire rope sliding sleeve intelligent protection system comprises an oil collection device, an oil level detection alarm device and a controller, wherein the oil collecting device is in communication with sliding sleeves arranged on the cage guide steel wire ropes in a sliding and sealed sleeving mode through a plurality of oil conveying pipelines; a plurality of gap oil grooves are formed in the inner walls, making contact with the cage guide steel wire ropes, of the sliding sleeves at intervals; each oil conveying pipeline is provided with an oil conveying switch; and a fault sensing device is arranged on the sliding sleeve. A special lubricating device is added to the cage guide steelwire rope, so that the cage guide steel wire rope is always in a grease wrapping state. The gap oil groove formed in the inner wall of the sliding sleeve can store grease, so that the friction coefficient between the cage guide steel wire rope and the sliding sleeve is reduced, and the abrasion degree is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种矿山罐道钢丝绳滑套智能保护系统及其方法,用以解决采用人工向罐道钢丝绳表面涂抹润滑油脂的方式涂抹效率低下的问题,包括集油装置、油位检测报警装置以及控制器;所述集油装置通过若干输油管路分别连通有滑动密封套装设置在罐道钢丝绳上的滑套,滑套与罐道钢丝绳相接触的内壁上间隔形成有若干间隙油槽,每一输油管路上分别设置有输油开关;所述滑套上设置有故障感应装置。本发明对罐道钢丝绳增加专用润滑装置,可以保证罐道钢丝绳时刻处于油脂包裹状态,滑套内壁上形成的间隙油槽可以存储油脂,减小了罐道钢丝绳和滑套之间的摩擦系数,减低了两者的磨损程度。
