The invention relates to a hot cabinet cooling system for a deep sea manned platform, which comprises a pressure-resistant shell of the manned platform, a hot cabinet is lined in the wall surface of the pressure-resistant shell, and the hot cabinet takes the wall surface of the pressure-resistant shell as an outer wall and is arranged along the axial direction of the pressure-resistant shell; theheat cabinet comprises an outer wall and an inner wall which are concentrically arranged in the axial direction, a plurality of rib plates are installed in the interval between the outer wall and theinner wall, a flow guide plate is installed between every two adjacent rib plates in the axial direction, and a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the two ends respectively. Fresh hot waterflowing out of an output port of a cooling user flows into a water inlet of the heat cabinet, flows through the space between the adjacent rib plates under the flow guide of the flow guide plates, flows out of a water outlet and then returns to the cooling user to form a fresh water circulating pipeline, wherein the fresh hot water continuously exchanges heat with external seawater through the wall surface of the pressure-resistant shell in the flow guide process of the flow guide plates to achieve cooling. The cooling system is compact, ingenious and reasonable in structure, so that effectivecooling of a cooling user in the manned platform is achieved; meanwhile, a fluid pipeline does not need to penetrate through a cabin, and the safety and reliability of the cooling system are greatlyimproved.

    本发明涉及一种用于深海载人平台的热柜冷却系统,包括载人平台的耐压壳体,其壁面内衬有热柜,热柜以耐压壳体的壁面为外壁并沿其轴向设置;热柜包括轴向同心设置的外、内壁,外、内壁之间的间隔内安装多个肋板,相邻肋板之间沿着轴向安装导流板,还包括分别位于两端端头的入水口和出水口;从冷却用户输出口流出的淡热水流入热柜入水口,在导流板的导流下流经各个相邻肋板之间,并从出水口流出后回至冷却用户,构成淡水循环管路,在淡热水经导流板导流的过程中,其不断地经耐压壳体壁面与外部海水换热,实现冷却;本发明结构紧凑、巧妙、合理,在实现载人平台内冷却用户有效冷却的同时,无需流体管路穿舱,大大提升了冷却系统安全性、可靠性。
