An auxiliary longitudinal beam is arranged above the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam,the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are connected into a whole through a plurality of cross beams, the first cross beam is a tubular cross beam, and two ends of the cross beamare connected with inner sides of ventral surfaces of the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam; the second, third, fourth and fifth cross beams are connected with the inner sides ofthe ventral surfaces of the left and right longitudinal beams through connecting plates at two ends. An engine support, a cross beam support, an L-shaped oil tank support and an L-shaped storage battery support are sequentially arranged on the two longitudinal beams. In the frame parts, the second cross beam, the third cross beam, the fourth cross beam, the connecting plates of the cross beams, the cross beam supports and the fifth cross beam connecting plates are made of aluminum alloy, and the rest parts are made of steel. The frame with the structure has the characteristics of light weightand high strength.
本发明公开了一种商用卡车钢铝混合结构车架,包括左、右纵梁,左、右纵梁的截面为U型且开口朝内设置,纵梁为变截面形式,其前半段截面厚度小于后半段截面厚度。左、右纵梁上方设有副纵梁,左、右纵梁之间通过多个横梁连为一体,第一横梁为管型横梁,横梁两端与左、右纵梁的腹面内侧相连接。第二、三、四、五横梁通过两端的连接板与左、右纵梁的腹面内侧相连接。两根纵梁上依次设有发动机支架、横梁支架、L型油箱支架和L型蓄电池支架。上述车架零部件中,第二、三、四横梁及其连接板,横梁支架、第五横梁连接板的材料为铝合金,而其余部件为钢材。本发明结构的车架,具有质量轻和强度高的特点。
