The invention discloses a locking mechanism for locking a steel rail. The locking mechanism comprises an abutting device, a locking device and a supporting base used for supporting the multiple steelrails. The abutting device comprises an abutting beam and an abutting driving piece, and the abutting driving piece drives the abutting beam to rotate around one end so that to rotarily clamp and press to lock or rotarily open to unlock the multiple steel rails. When the abutting beam clamps and presses the multiple steel rails, the locking device is used for locking the other end of the abuttingbeam. According to the scheme, one abutting beam stretches across the multiple steel rails and abuts against the multiple steel rails from the upper portions of the steel rails at the same time, so that the multiple steel rails are locked at the same time, the steel rails are prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction, vertical moving of the steel rails is limited, and the steel rail locking efficiency can be greatly improved. Besides, the locking device is arranged to lock the free end of the abutting beam, the abutting locking reliability of the abutting beam can be guaranteed, andthe load requirement for the abutting driving piece is reduced.

    本发明公开一种用于锁定钢轨的锁定机构,包括抵压装置、锁定装置和用于支撑多根钢轨的支撑底座;所述抵压装置包括抵压梁和抵压驱动件,所述抵压驱动件驱动所述抵压梁绕其一端旋转,以旋转卡压而锁定或旋转打开而解锁多根所述钢轨;所述抵压梁卡压多根所述钢轨时,所述锁定装置用于锁定所述抵压梁的另一端。本方案并采用一根抵压梁横跨多根钢轨,且自钢轨的上方,同时抵压多根钢轨,从而同时锁定多根钢轨,防止钢轨沿纵向窜动,也限制钢轨上下方向窜动,可以大幅提高锁定钢轨的效率。另外,通过设置锁定装置锁定抵压梁的自由端,可以保证抵压梁抵压锁定的可靠性,减少对抵压驱动件的负荷要求。
