The system comprises a 10kV electric vehicle charging station preceding stage and a DC/DC electric vehicle charging pile. The preceding-stage input end of the 10kV electric vehicle charging station is directly connected with a 10kV power grid, wherein the output end of the 10kV electric vehicle charging station is connected with the DC/DC electric vehicle charging pile, and the output end of the DC/DC electric vehicle charging pile is connected with an electric vehicle to charge the electric vehicle. The device has the advantages of low harmonic content, high and low voltage fault isolation, easy maintenance, bidirectional energy transmission and the like. According to the invention,an intelligent micro-grid can be established and is adjustable and controllable, energy routing and orderly charging is realized, and the impact on a power grid is reduced.
