The invention discloses an automobile heat pump heating system and method combining a battery cooler and motor waste heat, which belong to the technical field of automobile air conditioners. The system comprises a compressor, a water-cooled condenser, an external condenser, a battery cooler and a gas-liquid separator, wherein the compressor is respectively connected with the water-cooled condenserand the gas-liquid separator; a first stop valve and a first electronic expansion valve which are arranged in parallel are arranged between the water-cooled condenser and the external condenser; theexternal condenser is connected with the gas-liquid separator through a fourth stop valve; the external condenser is further connected with the gas-liquid separator through a third stop valve, a firstthermostatic expansion valve and a battery cooler which are sequentially arranged; and the water-cooled condenser is further connected between the third stop valve and the first thermostatic expansion valve through a fifth stop valve. By adopting the battery cooler and utilizing the waste heat of the motor, the heating performance of the heat pump can be improved, the heat pump can be used for defrosting an external condenser, parts are reduced, the system is simpler, the layout is more compact, the control process is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种结合电池冷却器与电机余热的汽车热泵采暖系统及方法,属于汽车空调技术领域,包括压缩机、水冷冷凝器、外置冷凝器、电池冷却器和气液分离器,压缩机分别与水冷冷凝器和气液分离器连接,水冷冷凝器与外置冷凝器之间设有并列布置的第一截止阀和第一电子膨胀阀,外置冷凝器通过第四截止阀与气液分离器连接,外置冷凝器还通过依次设置的第三截止阀、第一热力膨胀阀和电池冷却器与气液分离器连接,水冷冷凝器还通过第五截止阀连接于第三截止阀与第一热力膨胀阀之间。本发明采用电池冷却器并利用电机余热,能够提高热泵采暖性能和用于外置冷凝器的化霜,并减少零部件,使系统更简单、布局更加紧凑,还简化了控制流程,降低了成本。
