The invention provides a high-voltage direct-current power distribution system for a heavy-duty electric vehicle. The technical problem that existing high-voltage direct-current power distribution equipment is difficult to meet the use requirements of the system is solved. The system comprises a high-voltage direct-current power distribution unit used for forming a lower power supply interface tobe connected to a power battery pack, forming a lower load interface to be connected to a load device, and forming a forward interconnection interface and a backward interconnection interface to be connected with a direct-current bus respectively, and the direct-current bus which is used for accessing a high-voltage direct-current power supply and is connected with the forward interconnection interfaces and the backward interconnection interfaces of different high-voltage direct-current power distribution units. The power distribution requirement that the direct-current voltage grade is 500 VDC to 700 VDC is met. The system has the characteristics of distribution and modularization, is high in system redundancy and good in reliability, has a perfect protection function, and has fault diagnosis and fault isolation functions. The application of the system can improve the operation reliability of a heavy electric drive vehicle.
本发明提供了一种重型电动车用高压直流配电系统,解决现有高压直流配电设备难以满足系统使用的需求的技术问题。包括:高压直流配电单元,用于形成下位电源接口接入动力电池组、形成下位负载接口接入负载装置,形成前向互联接口和后向互联接口分别连接直流母线;所述直流母线,用于接入高压直流电源并连接不同所述高压直流配电单元的所述前向互联接口和所述后向互联接口。满足直流电压等级为500VDC‑700VDC的配电要求。本发明具有分布式、模块化的特点,系统冗余度高,可靠性好,具备完善的保护功能,具备故障诊断及故障隔离功能。本系统的应用能够提高重型电驱车辆的运行可靠性。
