The invention belongs to the technical field of civil aviation air traffic management and particularly relates to an air traffic information management system architecture based on big data and a cloud computing technology. The method is characterized in that a new generation of air traffic operation typical scene is constructed based on track operation, intelligent flight and other advanced air traffic management operation concepts; demands of the benefit-related parties are analyzed according to the scene to obtain the demands of the benefit-related parties, and then the operation demands ofnew-generation air traffic management and aircrafts are proposed; and starting from the requirements, various businesses and services required for completing air traffic operation are formed.
